It's no secret that we love our celeb clients...but this month we were so fortunate to be able to serve Crosby, Stills & Nash a specially crafted organic dinner made with as many Idaho ingredients we could get our lil hands on. We highlighted our scratch made focaccia, beautiful Vogel Farms free range chicken breasts, Snake River Farms strip loin, MM Heath potatoes, Ohana Farm tomatoes, zucchini, acorn squash, cucumbers and micro herbs...arugula, thyme, ruby streaks mustard and colorful flowers from Purple Sage Farms and so much more.
We were more than a little star-struck when describing our dishes to these worldly gents who have traveled the globe for decades eating Only the finest foods...you could have knocked me over with a feather when David Crosby himself came to find me, put his arm around me and sing my praises!! He was so thankful for the time and care I put into selecting the ingredients for his menu, and went on and on about how obvious it is that our staff loves our clients and the meals we create.
It's days like these that make all the hard work it!!
