Wow, what a GREAT time we had at our first big food truck event.  

On the menu:

Organic and locally grown Pink Burgers (beets & pink beans) on house made wheat buns w claytonia salad served with sweet potato, beet & kale chips

Slow Roasted Goat Flatbreads w preserved Idaho lemons & Wild Country raw goat cheese (served on our grilled crust)

Raspberry-Chipotle Cupcakes

Cucumber-Edible Flower-Idaho Mint Water
